In these terms and conditions:
- we, us and our refer to Squid Technology Ltd
- you and your refer to the purchaser of any goods from us
- goods means any goods or services you order from us
- contract means the contract between you and us for the sale by us to you of goods
Description of goods
We make every effort to ensure that descriptions of goods shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. Images of goods on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual goods.
We will deliver the goods that you order to the delivery address you give when you place your order. If there is no one available to accept the delivery when the courier arrives, they will keep the goods for up to two weeks and you can arrange for a new delivery date. After two weeks, we may treat the order as cancelled by you. In this case we will refund the total value of the order within 7 days after the goods are received back at our warehouse.
If you give us an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and as a result we try but are not able to make the delivery, we may treat the order as cancelled by you. In this case we will refund the total value of the order within 7 days after the goods are received back at our warehouse.
Right to cancel
You may change your mind and cancel your order within 30 days after the receipt of your order for a full refund provided that the goods are unopened and in original saleable condition. If you decide to cancel our order, you must:
- take reasonable care of the goods from the time you receive them until you return them to us;
- return the goods back to us at your own expense.
We regret that we cannot accept returns of opened or custom-made products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns and refunds
Before returning anything to us, please contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number and the return address. The RMA number enable us to track your return and we are unable accept any returns without one.
When you return goods to us for any reason:
- you must ensure that the goods are in original saleable condition
- you must ensure that they are properly and securely packaged
- you are responsible for the return delivery charges
Once we receive the returned goods, they will be checked and a refund will be processed within 7 days.
We shall not be liable and do not accept responsibility for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, any of our obligations under the contract if and to the extent that the failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law.
